Kids love the Sea Girt 5K! In addition to the 5K run/walk we’ve got short kids’ races for children that start at 10:00 AM on race day. Distances and age groups as follows:

• 2-3 years: 25 yards
• 4-5 years: 50 yards
• 6-7 years: 100 yards
• 8-9 years: 150 yards
• 10-12 years: 400 yards

Kids receive a t-shirt and goody bag

NOTE: Kids’ Races are not timed and there are no place awards

Kids can also participate in our great Kids Activities that go from 8:30 -10:30 including:

• Bounce House
• Inflatable Slide
• Pony Rides
• Face-Painting
