Kids’ Races – 10:00 AM
Short sprints from 25 – 400 yards based on age group.
Not timed, no prizes awarded.

Kids Activities – 8:30 – 11:00 AM Inflatables, Pony Rides, Face Painting & More

Early Discounted Registration Until May 1st - $32
May 1st – June 30th - $37
After June 30th - $45
Kids Races - $12 through May 1st, $15 after

We also have live music on the course, great custom t-shirts, and an after-party at Fratello’s Restaurant & Bar right across the finish line.

This year’s Sea Girt 5K will benefit Sea Girt Recreation and The Kindness Café, located in Spring Lake Heights, which provides meaningful employment opportunities in a supportive and uplifting environment for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. T-Shirt Pickup, Post-Registration:
4 - 7 PM, Friday, August 1st
6:30 – 8:30 AM, Saturday, August 2nd

Located in Tents Across from Fratello’s Restaurant / Start/Finish Area (810 The Plaza, Sea Girt, NJ 08750)

Race is rain or shine. Will only be postponed if weather is a danger to participants (lightning, hurricane).
